Your Mission 🎯

Lead the expansion of our advanced additive manufacturing solutions across the European and NATO defense markets by:
- Developing comprehensive market strategies
- Identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities
- Establishing key relationships with defense stakeholders
- Driving revenue growth through innovative AM technologies

Your Responsibilities 💪

 Defense Market Leadership
- Leverage deep knowledge of European and NATO defense markets
- Develop strategies aligned with European procurement policies
- Monitor evolving defense needs, including tactical edge 3D printing
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and research institutions

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defense sectors
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Craft compelling, tailored proposals addressing defense client needs
- Successfully negotiate complex contracts

Additive Manufacturing Expertise
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of AM technologies
- Communicate AM solutions' value proposition to defense stakeholders
- Showcase transformative potential in manufacturing, repair, and supply chain resilience

Collaboration & Communication
- Build trusted relationships within the defense community
- Deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers
- Navigate sensitive and confidential project environments

Adaptability & Resilience
