Customer Support - Dutch - Paid Relocation to Greece

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, friendly support

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Good command of English

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required

• Base salary of €1,500 per month

• Monthly performance bonus of up to 10%
