Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Assist customers with product-related information and after-sales support.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer experience.
• Contribute feedback on customer trends to management for service improvements.
• Support the development of better customer service processes.

• Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
• Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
