Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive sector
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of automotive products and services
• Log customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company protocols and maintain a positive brand image

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Computer literate with a knack for various software applications
