Job Description - Senior Creative Strategist

Creative strategy is more than just coming up with solutions that work. It’s about mixing fantasy with facts, innovating through insights, and giving shape to big ideas that grab attention.

As a Creative Strategist your job is to solve business problems for our customers in the sales & marketing space. You will do so in a multi-disciplinary team that serves international clients.

You will be generating lots of new ideas and are responsible for making sure that these can be turned into reality, we value a pragmatic approach. You need to be convincing and speak plainly, a good idea only works if others believe in it too. You need to be able to earn the respect of both senior management and front-line staff, trust is crucial for any type of creative teamwork.

Our projects range from professional services, offering aesthetic and conceptual consulting and designs to full-on designs that are built in partnership with our internal teams and external partners. These include general contractors, millworkers, architects and AV integrators.

8+ years of experience in a creative, digital, tech, architecture, or similar role.
A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive, plain-speaking approach.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Creative problem-solving abilities coupled with solid business acumen.
Proven mentoring and leadership skills, guiding both teams and projects.
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and calmness.
