Sales and Marketing Specialist – Dutch Market – Berlin

Job Summary: In this role, you’ll be the digital marketing advisor, helping clients optimize their social media advertising strategies. You’ll evaluate ad performance, make strategic calls, and work closely with clients to drive successful campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native Dutch speaker with advanced English skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany.
• Experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus.
• Good understanding of social media ads is essential.

Training Details: Our comprehensive training spans four weeks: two weeks of classroom sessions followed by two weeks of practical application. The training includes Meta Blueprint Certification and is fully paid. Regular attendance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Analyze social media ad performance metrics.
• Manage inbound and outbound client calls regarding ads.
• Implement and refine marketing strategies to meet KPIs.
• Identify and address trends to enhance campaigns.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Working hours from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm, with breaks.
