About the Position: In this role, you’ll be a digital marketing advisor, helping clients optimize their social media campaigns. You’ll analyze ad performance, make calls to advertisers, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive results.

Who We Need:

• Native Dutch speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media ads and digital marketing.

Training Details: You’ll start with a comprehensive four-week training, including two weeks of classroom learning and two weeks of on-the-job nesting. The training is fully paid and includes the Meta Blueprint Certification Course. Attendance is crucial for your success.

Responsibilities Include:

• Advising clients on digital marketing strategies.
• Evaluating and interpreting social media ad performance.
• Handling calls and providing support on ad budgets.
• Implementing and adjusting marketing strategies to meet KPIs.
• Identifying trends and proposing solutions to enhance campaigns.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Shifts from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm, with breaks and lunch.
