We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our high performing team. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of Renewable Energy recruitment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving results, business development, working in a collaborative team environment, and making a significant impact in the recruitment industry. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the business, driving growth, and fostering a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing recruitment expertise and delivering tailored talent solutions in the EMEA energy market.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the client’s needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the team’s effectiveness.
• Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
• Develop new business relationships with targeted clients across the U.K and E.U

• 1 week work from any office (including our international location)
