Job Description - VP Revenue Operations

Voyagu is a dynamic and innovative tech-enabled travel agency based in the US, focused on delivering exceptional air travel services to premium clients. With operational hubs in Mexico City and Warsaw, and a commitment to providing the best customer experience in the industry, we are poised for significant growth and transformation.

We are seeking an experienced VP Revenue Operations to lead and optimize all aspects of our revenue-generating operations. This role will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth, aligning sales, marketing, and customer support, and enhancing operational efficiency across our geographically diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine business processes around revenue operations to ensure scalability and operational efficiency;
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the company, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion;
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and processes to maximize revenue growth and market penetration;
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align marketing strategies with revenue goals and scaling objectives;
  • Lead customer support initiatives focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value;
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive strategic decisions, forecast sales trends, and identify revenue opportunities;
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer retention and market competitiveness;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Regularly review and refine revenue-related processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role;
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring successful teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data;
  • Familiarity with technology-driven operations;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing diverse and geographically distributed teams.
