This role will be responsible for overseeing the global commercial activities and functions for the Enablon organization. The VP, Global Sales will be a member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for revenue strategy/business planning and budget development with true accountability for revenue generation. Will drive change initiatives, develop growth and resource scaling plans while managing a global team selling complex professional products and services into enterprise customers. Will manage a global sales team of 100+ located in APAC, Americas and EMEA.The person in this role can be located in Chicago, The Hague or can be remote.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in Sales/Business Administration or equivalent work experience requiredExperience:5+ years of experience as an Executive Sales LeaderStrong experience with managing a global sales team in a software organizationExperience with large accounts/organization and complex salesStrong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenueResults driven and managing teams towards exceeding goalsEnterprise software experience with a proven record for transforming a sales organization into a well-functioning global team able to achieve industry leading growth and productivityProven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targetsDemonstrated experience using sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity for assigned sales staff, ensuring appropriate sales activity with visibility of the pipeline to senior management for forecasting and business planningExperience with Marketing programs to support the sales organization including lead generation programs to ensure that the sales organization achieves intended program objectivesExperience managing diverse and international sales teamsSolid understanding of relevant technology and platforms including web-based software applications and SaaS environmentsEHS, Risk and Sustainability domain knowledge is a plusTravel:Extensive travel required depending on quarterly cycles & customer needsTravel will primarily be North American based. International travel may be required for customers and office locations in Europe (The Hague NLD and Paris France)
