We are looking for a  Front Office Intern:

• Who aims for a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out procedure for all our guests
• Who actively thinks about solving guests’ issues, and would love to learn how to provide advice and give recommendations. Thereby you look for ways to improve our Front of House services
• You like to stretch yourself through new challenges and different ways of working
• Who listens and adapts to the needs of both, guests and team members.
• Who is friendly, calm and constructive in every situation, displaying a passion for hospitality and great guest service
• Who strives to deliver an individualised service that creates a brilliant first impression and will exceed their expectations throughout their stay
• Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
• Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Who is interested in the hospitality industry and is looking for an internship  for at least 5 months as part of your study
