Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Service Officer at Damen Shipyards Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. Your main responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, and collaborate with other team members to meet client needs effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve client complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Manage client accounts, including updating records and tracking communication. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and follow up on potential clients. 5. Provide regular updates to clients on product offerings, promotions, and company news. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 6. Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced work environment. 7. Experience in people management and conflict resolution is preferred.
