As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting and executing a variety of marketing and social media initiatives. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing operations while contributing to impactful campaigns and content. You'll assist with event coordination, social media strategy, and campaign execution, all while collaborating closely with a dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential marketing skills and make a meaningful contribution to the brand.
Responsibilities:
Operational Tasks – Campaign
Support the marketing team with online and live events, ensuring flawless execution.
Handle miscellaneous operational tasks essential to campaign success.
Write detailed notes during important meetings to streamline follow-ups.
Collaborate on campaign strategy and planning.
Execute small marketing campaigns with precision and creativity.
Assist in partnership engagements, helping to nurture and expand collaborations.
Draft and finalize clear, comprehensive Terms & Conditions for campaigns.
Operational Tasks – Social Media
Craft engaging captions that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
Generate fresh, innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Create compelling content following detailed briefings.
Stay ahead of social media trends and conduct market research for actionable insights.
Collaborate on the development of the social media strategy.
Represent the brand on camera when required.
What you bring:
You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;
Good command of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
Comfortable with being on camera to personalize and humanize brand communication;
Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules and deadlines.
Nice to have:
Previous experience (e.g., internships, part-time roles) in marketing, social media management, or event coordination;
Experience in industries such as digital media, advertising, or consumer brands is a plus.
Knowledge of video editing tools is a bonus.
