• Actively selling and advising on wines that complement the food experience.
• Managing the wine stock and keeping the wine list up-to-date.
• Providing excellent guest service, including taking orders and serving guests.
• Adhering to and instructing the standards set by the hotel and Michelin.
• Motivating and coaching staff within the team.

• Has experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, with exceptional knowledge of wines.
• Possesses relevant certifications in wine knowledge.
• Has exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
• Is guest-oriented with an eye for detail and flexible in working days and hours.
• Is representative and a natural leader within the team.
