Customer Service Support

Hallabet is  a sports betting company that offers bookmaking services to clients across diverse sports. The company is looking to hire a qualified customer service support staff to manage booking for corporate and retail clients, as well as provide  prebooking and post booking support  to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquires
• Deescalate queries and complaints from customers tactfully.
• Update company customer database
• Apply a thorough knowledge of sports betting products and landscape

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a customer support personnel
• Effective communication skills regardless of medium: verbal, online, and written
• Minimum educational qualification of HND
• Proficency in Information Technology skills and tools
