The Head of Product is responsible for defining the Product vision, strategy, and experience training from end-to-end across Kobo portfolio of brands in all markets. As the head of the entire Product Organization, they will drive and oversee Product ownership, management, and implementation, and the user interface and experience (UX / UI).
This group is responsible for all aspects of what the consumer sees and experiences. It understands outcomes, conversion, lifetime value, engagement, and the overall feedback loop with the consumer to ultimately improve the experience and grow the business. The team also acts as the bridge between the software developers and other functional groups in the organization.
