Job Description - Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Globacom, a leading telecommunications company, is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Manager to work from home in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all processes are running smoothly - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Manage and mentor a team of remote employees to ensure productivity and high performance - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Handle any escalated issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner - Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness - Manage budget and expenses related to operations

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Proven leadership and people management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus) - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
