Job Description - Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Wema Bank is seeking a dedicated and energetic Personal Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG. This position is part-time and offers an entry-level seniority with 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 2. Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for the executive. 3. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive. 4. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. 5. Coordinate and follow up on projects and assignments to ensure timely completion. 6. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties.

Requirements: 1. Must be dedicated and energetic with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
