Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


MainOne is looking to hire a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, possess strong time management skills, and exhibit leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing customers with information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and efficient manner. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
