Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


DHL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a leading logistics company, we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service quality - Train and mentor customer service staff - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Energetic and motivated personality - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
