Job Description - Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Unilever Nigeria, located in Abuja, Nigeria, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and coaching. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve performance. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service. 7. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. 2. Adaptability and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. 3. Strong teamwork and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
