Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Online Customer Service Representative at Lafarge Africa

Lafarge Africa, a leading construction materials company in Port Harcourt, NG, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to effectively engage with customers online.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. 8. Use persuasion and strategic planning to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online CRM tools. 5. Driven and confident personality traits. 6.
