Introduction:

Join our clients Turnkey and Offshore Project team, dedicated to delivering high-quality project execution for TP-Products. As a Senior Project Planner , you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across various locations.

Purpose: Provide high-standard planning services to ensure project schedules are aligned with company principles, contract requirements, and key milestones. Ensure efficient project execution through proactive follow-up, accurate reporting, and input for tenders.

Responsibilities :

  Tender Process:

• 
  
  • Offer planning input on tenders, addressing risks and financial impacts.
  • Review tender specifications to support effective project control.

• Project Execution:

• 
  
  • Develop and update baseline schedules, ensuring alignment with contracts and client needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct analysis, and adjust schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Provide timely progress reports, maintain resource forecasts, and update monthly project reports.

  Project Support:

  • Conduct simulations and analysis to guide project needs, support system development, and foster planning competencies within the team.

Key Interfaces: Work with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, resource coordinators, project and tender teams, as well as other planning units.

Qualifications :

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years as a project planner in relevant sectors.
• Expertise in project management and solid technical and financial understanding.
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).
• Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.
