We are looking for a Business Development Manager for sales of utility-scale PV inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems in Norway. As part of our regional team, you’ll be our first employee in Norway, joining a global, multicultural and fast-growing company.
Taking ownership, being proactive and flexible, are the essentials to succeed in this position.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop strategic accounts in the Norwegian PV and BESS sector.
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll collaborate with our product managers, logistics team, project managers, etc. to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Visit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferences.
- Analyse customer needs and market trends and optimizing the sales process.
- Work on precise forecasts and market updates.
What will you need to be successful?
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales / key account management, preferably in the PV and/or BESS sector
- In-depth knowledge of the energy sector.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English - verbal and written
- Driving license and willingness to travel periodically

- A strong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to collaborate across an international organization.
You will contribute to Sungrow’s growth in the region Denmark / Norway, and work directly with key stakeholders involved in the clean energy industry.
