Qualifications and work experience:

We are looking for people with an interest in leading and developing the individuals within our technical environment. We expect you have a minimum of 10 years technical experience from FEEDs/EPC projects as well as relevant leadership experience.

Furthermore, we believe you:

  • Have a keen interest in leadership and a proven track record from earlier leadership experience. Ideally you have knowledge and experience from both technical and personnel management
  • Hold a relevant technical degree (BSc or MSc)
  • Experience in Engineering Management
  • Focus on building strong relations and work targeted to create a positive working environment
  • Are eager to secure the growth and development of both individuals and organisation
