Elopak

Elopak is seeking a new IPR Administrator for our location in Spikkestad, Norway. Our new IPR Administrator will be an important support to the Senior Manager IPR with all tasks related to Intellectual Property Rights of Elopak.

Key Responsibilities

• Support projects in the identification of potential new innovations
• Administration of patent, design, and/or trademark applications
• Coordinate alignment with inventors and stakeholders
• Docketing and management of IPR related agreements
• Establish and maintain internal routines for management of IPR portfolio
• Handling and maintenance of Governing Documents related to IPR

What we are looking for

• A good understanding of IPR and documentation
• International mindset
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Good personal relation skills
• Team player
• Ability and ambition to achieve results
• Fluent in oral and written Norwegian and English is mandatory
• Skills in Share Point is an advantage
