For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  1. Designing Game Locations: Plan and implement various urban neighborhoods, villages, and settlements, considering the requirements for open-world and gameplay mechanics.

  2. Developing Concepts and Level Layouts: Create and implement level plans, building layouts, and spaces to ensure realistic and functional architecture.

  3. Environment Implementation and Integration : Place objects, buildings, landscapes, vegetation, and other elements to ensure the visual coherence and realism of the world.

  4. Level Optimization and Testing: Test locations to ensure smooth performance, fix bugs, and refine problematic areas.

  5. Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with artists and game designers to integrate levels with gameplay mechanics and align with the game's artistic style.

  6. Level Analysis and Refinement: Conduct analysis based on internal feedback and player reviews, making improvements and adaptations to enhance the gaming experience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  1. Experience with Open Worlds: Experience in creating large locations, including various types of settlements, from villages to large cities, with a focus on realistic planning of residential and urban areas.

  2. Planning and Composition Skills: Understanding the principles of constructing city blocks, residential areas, street landscapes, and zoning, with the ability to design visually appealing and logically organized spaces.

  3. Ability to Create Atmospheric and Functional Game Spaces: Skills in crafting detailed locations that serve not only as visual backdrops but also support gameplay and ambiance, enhancing player immersion.

  4. Knowledge of Architectural Styles and Urban Planning: Understanding of key principles and styles of architecture, particularly relevant to urban and rural development, with the ability to work with visual references.

  5. Skills in Landscape and Infrastructure Development: Deep understanding of fundamental landscape design and road infrastructure, including creating continents and their geographical features. Experience in crafting and integrating mountains, roads, forests, and rivers, and effectively integrating towns and villages into the environment.

  6. Planning and Composition Skills: Ability to design visually appealing and logically organized spaces with consideration of geographical and architectural features, such as road placement, player pathways, and convenient access points to key locations.

  7. Attention to Detail and Optimization: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing locations while maintaining performance, with skills in optimizing assets and geometry.

  8. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to interact with other teams, such as developers, artists, and game designers, to implement the overall vision of the world.
