We are currently seeking an experienced Base Manager / Workshop Manager for our Subsea Operations Support Centre at Husøy.

The ideal candidate will have documented expertise in:

• Leadership and personnel management
• Project management
• Budgeting and financial oversight

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented individual who prioritizes safety, and contributes positively to the collaborative work environment at Reach Subsea. Familiarity with the local business community and a strong connection to the area will be considered key assets for this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the workshop’s guidelines, procedures, and operational processes
• Provide management with reports and strategic advice concerning base activities
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the base
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational development
• Lead and support project execution at the Subsea Operations Support Centre
• Ensure workshop operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
• Manage logistics to and from the Subsea Operations Support Centre
• Participate in the staffing of projects at the Subsea Operations Support Centre
• Provide project support as needed
• Oversee tool management and inventory
• Hold personnel responsibility for ROV apprentices
