Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve service skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian (native or bilingual level) is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
