At least three years of experience as a level designer for projects with expedition mechanics
Experience working in Unity
Experience developing difficulty curves
Experience adjusting game balance and content consumption rates
Understanding of basic product indicators (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)
Creating interesting and unique level designs, taking into account the game's overall concept and style
Configuring expedition s and writing the documentation for them
Taking part in the analysis of expedition results based on analytics data
Joint work with project specialists (GD, art, narrative)
Remote/hybrid options: you can work at our comfortable offices or remotely in Georgia or Montenegro
