As an Analyst with Hines, you will provide research and analytical support associated with acquisitions, development projects and/or asset management of operating properties.
Hines have recently appointed a Director for the NZ business, and the next key hire is an analyst to assist across their investment strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
Degree in Commerce/Finance/Real Estate or other relevant discipline.
Three or more years' experience as a Property or Fund Analyst, Assistant Valuer or Valuer, real estate consultant or advisor.
Strong Analytical skills including Excel.
Financial modelling capability.
Proficient in Word and PWP (report writing and board presentations).
