You’re up for learning something new and acquiring some exciting new skills to add to your marketing talents.
Desirable skills: you’re a storyteller and have good copywriting and proofing skills and have the ability to think of creative and innovative new ways to attract people to the theatre and engage in the arts. You have a passion for the performing arts and the live event industry.
You will need:Experience planning and delivering time-lined and budgeted campaigns using a range of marketing channels. Sound administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage projects effectively and deal with numerous projects concurrently.
Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or equivalent preferred and te Reo Māori skills and knowledge plus an interest in the arts is desirable.

A permanent full-time role, working 40 hours Monday to Friday, with the requirement from time to time to undertake work outside of normal office hours to fulfil Auckland Live's marketing needs and support. This is an exciting marketing role in performing arts and events where you can apply your initiative, showcase your multi-tasking skills and strong work ethic, work with some fantastic people, see some amazing shows, and have a lot of fun.
