Based in East Tamaki, our client is involved in manufacturing products for the construction industry. Due to rapid growth over the last few years they are now requiring a scheduling assistant to help track and manage production.
Overall this role requires someone with a strong administrative acumen to support all functions of the day to day operations of multiple departments and shifts.
To be considered for this entry level role you will need;
- To have an interest in construction
- Your own transport - morning shifts can start before public transport
- To pass a drugs screen
- To have x2 work related references
- To be punctual and reliable
As the administrative backbone to the entire production area, the successful candidate must have previous experience with scheduling in a manufacturing setting - ideally large scale.
