Job Description - Finance & Insurance, Marketing - Pukekohe

We are a locally owned family business and have been operating for over 35 years. We have an opportunity for an experienced and multi-talented professional to manage our Finance & Insurance loan applications for our customers as well as managing our marketing.

Tasks & responsibilities:

You will be multi-talented as you will be part of our Vehicle Sales team responsible for managing the finance & insurance requirements of our customers as well as manage our social media and website updates.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, achievement oriented, experienced F & I professional to join our customer focused team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring exceptional customer service is always maintained.
  • Confidently offering a range of finance and insurance products to our customers and maximising our monthly finance and insurance income
  • Processing and assisting with loan applications in an efficient and timely manner
  • Completing all loan documentation and liaising with our customers to sign documents and collect necessary information to enable loans to be settled
  • Completing Vehicle Offer & Sale Agreements for all vehicles being sold by our sales team
  • Supporting our sales team in other administrative tasks
  • Manage the company’s Marketing & Social Media accounts
  • Mange the company’s website ensuring it is updated regularly and reflects current promotions and pricing
  • Other duties assigned from time to time

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Prior experience in F & I in the motor vehicle industry
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with our customers and finance companies
  • Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, good written communication, and IT skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers over the phone or in person.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise

An attractive remuneration package is on offer including a base salary plus commission.
