Marketing & Communications/ Office Admin/ Customer Service

Our company Permacolour has manufactured and supplied additives, colourings, sealers & equipment throughout New Zealand for over 30 years. The business is locally owned and operated with Head Office in New Plymouth, and branches in Auckland and Christchurch.

We are looking for a fun, friendly, dedicated person to join our team. The position involves a variety of tasks including updating our website, social media, and other advertising platforms, admin duties, customer orders, phone duties, and other daily tasks.

The successful applicant will need:

  1. Some experience or passion in digital marketing
  2. Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  3. Friendly and clear phone manner
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Competent in using Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook
  6. Ability to work unsupervised at times and as a really good team player
  7. Work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines

We have a great team here, so we are looking for someone who will come to work every day with a positive attitude, work hard, have a laugh, and be part of our small tight-knit team.

Hours will be:

  1. 7.30 - 5 Monday to Thursday
  2. 7.30 - 4 Friday

This is an entry-level permanent position based in New Plymouth.
