About the role
We are seeking a weekends receptionist for a part-time, permanent role at our lovely village, St Vincent's, located in Central Auckland. Reporting to the Village & Care Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.
This role is working Saturday and Sunday - 8.30 to 16:00. We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and passion for customer service to our village and to be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure a 'welcoming' atmosphere at our village reflects the service standards we excel at.

About You
You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go 'above and beyond' in all you do. You have excellent 'all round' admin and computer skills, a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed. Professional but friendly, you will become the source of knowledge for all things at the village.
