Job Description

Our Whanganui clinic is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to help rehabilitate clients in a community and private practice setting whilst growing their skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
  • Liaise with allied health team members
  • Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
  • Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC
  • Two plus years’ experience
  • Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!

Note for overseas candidates: This is a full-time role offering a minimum of 40hrs/week and a gross annual minimum salary of NZD 59,000 – NZD 90,500 maximum salary dependent on experience. As an accredited employer, we pay at minimum the median wage of NZD 27.76/hr for this role.
