We are looking for experienced and passionate part-time Customer Service Officers to join our supportive front-line team.

The permanent part-time role available is:

• Saturday's either mid-morning or evening shift. The exact duration of the shift will be discussed at the interview stage.
• Ideally, we are looking for applicants who are able to be flexible by working additional or alternative shifts to provide cover.

The successful applicant/s will ideally have experience providing excellent customer service, however full training will be provided to the right person. You will need high attention to detail and sound communication skills. Above all you will have a positive, cheerful attitude and have the ability to use appropriate initiative and judgement to ensure all customers have a positive and safe experience.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact for Aquatic Centre customers. You will provide professional reception and administration services including cash handling, retail sales and stock control, take bookings and support the positive promotion of the centre and its services.
