Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As the Social Media Manager at USAA in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all social media channels for the company. You will be tasked with creating engaging content, developing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach, and interacting with followers and customers to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives - Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and insights - Engage with followers and customers to build relationships and enhance brand reputation - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly - Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3 years of experience in social media management - Demonstrated resourcefulness and adaptability - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing
