🚀 Hiring Alert: Remote Appointment Setter (Nearshore)

We’re on the lookout for a talented Remote Appointment Setter to join our team, working for a client company based in Massachusetts, USA.

🗓️ Role Details:

  • Position: Lead Generation Specialist ( Appointment Setter )
  • Location: Remote (Nearshore candidates preferred)
  • Hours: 44 hours per week
  • Compensation: $1,200 - $1,300 monthly

📋 Job Summary:
The right candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential new clients for IT services contracts. This involves actively calling prospects over the phone, emailing, using social media, and networking to book appointments for the President and CEO. You’ll have the flexibility to develop your own market focus and lead generation mix but will primarily set appointments via phone.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize your day for maximum productivity in cold calling.
  • Build relationships with prospects through various prospecting methods and lead generation.
  • Aggressively identify qualified opportunities and nurture early-phase prospects.
  • Generate business, meet quotas, and achieve sales goals with prospecting activity.
  • Maintain records of key business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven record in lead generation and finding new sales prospects.
  • Ability to cold call, prospect, and convert calls into actual sales activities.
  • Driven to build a book of business using various lead generation methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with IT services/professional services is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, lead generation, or inside sales.

🔹 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Proven ability to reach, access, and secure meetings with decision-makers.
