Unilab's roots can be found at the heart of Manila, at a time when healthcare conditions were not ideal. Its story began when two friends, Jose Y. Campos (JY) and Mariano K. Tan (MK), opened a small drugstore in Binondo, Manila by the name of United Drug.

Going above and beyond the call of duty to serve customers became United Drug’s hallmark and propelled the company to make its immutable mark on the healthcare industry. In the span of 75 years, the once small drugstore transformed into one of the most trusted healthcare companies in the country.

Armed with deep understanding and appreciation for customers, Unilab sees to it that every step we take ensures only quality products and services reach the communities we serve.
