Area Manager - Nueva Ecija

1. Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of their assigned stores includes inventory, sales, cash, and staff performance. 2. Trains and coaches their Store Managers. 3. Manages results from stores through Store Managers and Store Staff. 4. Manages staff performance and development of assigned stores. 5. Manages and improves sales, marketing, operations and promotions of assigned stores. 6. Monitors and reports assigned store performance to the Operation Manager. 7. Supervise and guide the team to maximize revenue. 8. Develop a safe and positive environment for staff. 9. Ensure customer delight by delivering timely quality services. 10. Develop a strong working relationship with the assigned area. 11. Analyze financial ratios and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
