• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff • Clean up station and take care of leftover food • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards • Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) • Cook food in varies utensils or grillers • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly • Check quality of ingredients • Ensures items are not exposed to bacteria Ensures all items are properly stocked/fi-fo
