Job Description - Customer Support with Sales | Earn up to 20k Monthly*** | Ortigas

Earn big in the Finance/Billing Industry!

Provide over-the-phone support to one of the biggest institutions in the US. Help out clients in monitoring their existing accounts.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.

What we need for the role:

• Good command of English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Candidates should have completed at least two years in college/ vocational program / SHS graduate
• No customer service experience required
• Sales/Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience with hospitality or reservation services is preferred, but not required
