Job Description - Technical Support | Basic Trouble-Shooting Account

The Technical Service Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides technical support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

You might be the one we're looking for!

  • High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Ability to work on night shift, as needed
  • MUST BE WILLING TO START ASAP
