What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be an integral part of a team working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while helping to deliver innovative solutions.
- You will be responsible for delivering key services that allow our client’s agents to attract business, manage the opportunities found, run a stable business, and grow into a business worth owning.
- We’re looking for individuals with a consultative mindset who can quickly understand the clients’ needs and how their work can help the client meet those needs.
- You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business goals and objectives.
- You will be creating an environment in which the client can realize the full value and deliver that value to their own clients, resulting in a healthy and growing business.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key member of the team delivering the combination of business processes, people, and technology to create long-term value that they would never want to give up.
- Provide exceptional customer service to requests received.
- Report technical deficiencies to internal teams.
- Update and maintain the CRM and associated systems with the most relevant details.
- Administer the overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of client’s accounts.
- Monitor task lists and perform the necessary actions to complete them. This includes any communications which must be made as a part of the delivery process.
- Perform client’s system administration functions such as:
- Configuration of agent marketing profile
- Configuration of agent brand assets
- Creation of client’s agent site
- Creation of social media advertisements
- Creation of social media posts
- Creation of Opportunities
- Connect Partner services (Docusign, Facebook, Twilio, etc.)
- Configure Opportunity Stages
- Enable and attach SmartPlans
- Other activities as required:
- Create digital marketing materials based on professionally designed templates
- Request, monitor and ensure that the Agent is properly configured in other key client’s Technologies
- Works with custom workflow, notifications, approval processes, and Lightning Process Builder.
- Participates in agile teams that address client delivery and process improvements.
- Conducts QA reviews on changes to client’s Command
- Maintains a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
- Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials.
- Works with data:
- Data import into Client’s Command (processes and tools)
- Data export from other CRMs (processes and tools)
- Data integration with Client’s Command (well-defined list of applications where integration is supported)
- Review task implementation steps with Customer Service Concierge or Customer Service Team Leader as necessary to ensure delivery success.
- Contribute to solutions to meet business challenges (including brainstorming and process creation/testing).
- Build a strong understanding of the Client’s Command best practices and functionality.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of multiple technology systems, applications, and platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
- Extremely organized, with effective time management skills.
- Ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to collaborate with people.
- Understanding of data mapping (source to target) for integrations.
- Maintains technical knowledge by using technology, attending educational workshops, and reviewing related information.

- Must pay close attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team on various projects.
- Strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.

This position is office-based with transportation provided to our Cebu City Health Department-approved office.
