Better starts and ends with the customer
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will make a positive difference to our customers’ financial wellbeing. You’ll be performing a variety of complex customer-focused activities, working independently, with internal Western Union colleagues, and with external banking partners. It’s fast-paced and important work.
Great communication skills are vital. Fluent in English and Korean, you will spend around 20% of your time on the phone with our customers. You’ll have an eye for detail and be comfortable taking responsibility. Updating our internal systems and enrolling and assisting customers to book trades online are also key to this role.
