General Responsibilities
The financial advisor shall be under the supervision of the Unit Manager and will be tasked to:
· Contribute to the overall sales performance of the team via an effective execution of various sales and marketing activities
· Create financial blueprints and advise clients on portfolio management
· Analyze and draw conclusions from market outlook and investment environment
· Generate leads, client profiling, and prepare custom-fitted insurance and investment packages that is suited to that specific target market
· Attend regular team meetings, company trainings and webinars, general assemblies and any other group activity that the company may require from time to time
· Deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service to both new and existing clients as a means of client retention and boost client-referrals
Ideal Candidate must possess the following:
· A smart negotiator and a proven deal-maker
· Results-driven and performs well under pressure
· Digital savvy and knows how to use different social media platforms to generate leads
· Self-motivated but thrives under a team environment
· Highly coachable and is willing to learn new things
· Passionate about the financial services industry
· Good at public speaking
· Knowledgeable about the concept of “INTRAPRENEURSHIP”
· Ambitious and has a do-it-attitude
· Able to manage their time well to deliver targets and deliverables
Successful Candidates should have:
· Preferably with 1-2 years sales experience preferably in the financial services industry.
· Fresh graduates who want to learn and earn in this industry are also welcome to apply.
· Working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Experience in client management and has a business with sales more than 100k/month is a plus
· Sales experience; experience in the insurance industry is a plus
· Internships while taking up undergraduate studies
