Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Foos and beverage companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for Brand Managers who will be responsible for maintaining the brand equity and integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and may manage a portfolio of products. The job is based in Quezon City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager works with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Director as the point person for developing and implementing marketing activities for the brand and collaborates with other key departments (Operations, Supply Chain ect.) and external agencies to achieve the objectives set for the brand.

Job Description:

Consumer Marketing / Brand Management and Strategy

Overall communications / directives from brand (includes periodic audit of onboarding, memos ect.)

Agency Relations

PR Initiatives

Supplier Relationship Management

Product Development and Launches

Includes R&D, product mix selection, packaging design, pricing, ect. Of all items

Thematic Campaigns and tactical Promotions

Brand/ Corporate Partnership

Overseeing Store and Community Marketing Teams and Performance

Managing the marketing budget

Analysis of Sales data and relevant financials and reports, including Swirl Data

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Holder

Minimum of 8 years in Marketing

At least 3-5 years in a managerial role

Experience in Brand Management is a must

Preferably within Restaurant, F&B or Retail Industry

Good Communication skills and ability to communicate and work with other departments

Good Analytical Skills
