Restaurant Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business related course

• 2-3 years supervisory experience is required• Preferably specialized in food/beverage or restaurant service
Excellent communication and customer service skills required




JOB DESCRIPTION:
Directs other employees on their daily tasks and routines

Ensure satisfactory experience of the customers
Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Responding to customer complaints.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards.
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
